Strange, when I had this issue (and it was not just Elisa, but also the Preview
in Dolphin when listening to audio or video files), I found the discussion at
https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/bluetooth-is-broken-on-f43-kde/179571
and the suggestion to downgrade wireplumber, which fixed the issue for me (and
another guy on Gnome having issues), while the other person on Plasma had no
such luck and could only fix it by reinstalling Fedora.
