--- Comment #74 from [email protected] --- Hi Gilles, the current version 9.0.0 from today (02/02/2026) is running smoothly again. Just like the last used and installed version from January 30th. Both versions now open their windows in the middle of the screen from the start, show the scan at the bottom right and remain stable. Before that there were one or two versions that didn't work at all and just crashed. After which I installed 8.8 again in the meantime. So it seems to be working again. Which of course makes me very happy as a long-time user and Digikam fan :-) You developers are really doing a great job!!!
