SUMMARY
Dolphin Sidebar is on the left side not on the right, you can compare it to the
file dialog which is set correctly on the right for RTL languages. Also,
something similar is the Settings app, the sidebar is on the right.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
