SUMMARY
On mobile there is no way to open the settings overview without going to a
specific category of settings first. You can click "Notification settings" or
"Edit this account" from the "Account" button on the bottom menu to go into
those specific settings pages and then press back, but that's really just a
workaround and not great UX.
