SUMMARY
Recent update to the android application seems to have broken SMS messaging
from the desktop application. Opening the KDE Connect SMS application results
in an infinite "loading conversations from device" spinner.
Exporting logs from the Android application shows this warning message:

v1.34.4 worked correctly; I started seeing this behavior after my phone
autoupdated to v1.35.1.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install the latest version of kdeconnect-android (1.35.1)
2. Pair your desktop; open kdeconnect-sms
3. Observe the infinite loading spinner in kdeconnect-sms
4. Export logs from the android app; observe the warning message
OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop application is stuck in the "loading conversations from device" screen.
Android application seems to be confused about how to process this request.
EXPECTED RESULT
SMS conversations are displayed in the desktop application.
