Windowed tooltips disappearing
SUMMARY
With QT_QPA_PLATFORM=wayland, resource tooltips inside a window such as in the
Brush Editor or Manage Resources close immediately after appearing.
The window appears to flicker between focused states when this happens. It
doesn't happen when not in a window, such as in the 'Choose brush preset'
dropdown in the toolbar.
However, clicking on the window fixes the problem. Seems the window focus state
is initially confused somehow?
This doesn't happen on Xwayland or macOS.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Settings->Manage Resources or the Brush Editor.
2. Hover over the presets and watch the tooltips.
OBSERVED RESULT
Tooltips appear briefly and then disappear, while the window changes focus
state.
EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltips stay visible until the cursor is moved away.
