SUMMARY
I wanted to take a screenshot using the 'NormCap' ocr reader. It told me it
didn't have screenshot permissions so I closed it and set it's screenshot
permission to 'Always Ask'. When I relaunched 'NormCap' again it asked for
permission and I granted it. The xdg portal froze and caused my desktop to
breifly crash and restore to it's previous state. The permission was
succesfully granted but the bug report couldn't be filed automatically.
