SUMMARY
Stabilizer cannot be used, and warning message said failed to load preset
vidstab.json
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open file manager
2. Browsing the targeted folder which mentioned in the warning message:
C:/Users/keith/AppData/Roaming/kdenlive/effects/presets
3. Check if the folder have hidden files
OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot find a folder "effects" and "vidstab.json" file under the
Roaming/kdenlive file
EXPECTED RESULT
folder "effects" appears and "vidstab.json" file appears also
