Issue in Plasma 6.5.5 [Epilepsy warning]
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Repeatedly minimize and bring back any window.
OBSERVED RESULT
There's no highlights for 1 frame, causing flickering.
EXPECTED RESULT
Load the highlights with the window.
