Comparison of the System part of the panel widget and the Lock/Logout widget on
the same panel.

SUMMARY
Lock/Logout widget buttons are too close to each other in comparison to other
widgets.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add Lock/Logout widget to the panel
2. Go to settings and add some other button, otherwise it shows lock and logout
buttons above each other
3. The buttons are too close to each other

OBSERVED RESULT
Buttons are too close to each other.

EXPECTED RESULT
Buttons distances should be the same in comparison to other widgets like for
example the System part of the panel widget and the Task manager widget.
