SUMMARY
I was trying to look for a bug that I had reported about the panel to record it
and place more information and it occurred to me to open and close KCalc to see
if I could recreate it, After performing the shortcut "Alt+Space" about 80
times KRunner appeared in the panel and behaved like a window and also changed
its position from the one it was in.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KRunner with the shortcut "Alt+Space" and open a program such as KCalc
2. Close the program with "Alt+F4"
3. Then repeat all this for 80 times
OBSERVED RESULT
KRunner opens as an app
EXPECTED RESULT
KRunner should not open as an app and should not be expandable or moveable
