STEPS TO REPRODUCE
On this site, hold the scrollbar of "Platform:", then move the cursor away from
the list.
OBSERVED RESULT
The scrollbar teleports to the bottom the moment the cursor (while holding the
scrollbar) goes out of the list.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should behave like it does with all other scrollbars.
(Solving this on the site's end wouldn't truly solve the issue)
