You have enabled the Clip Monitor in Menu > View, so it shows as a widget as part of a group in the top left of your workspace. Clicking on a clip in the project bin brings up the clip monitor which is expected behavior. The fix we provided prevents the Clip Monitor widget that was disabled from being enabled whenever a clip is selected in the bin. This is working but requires the Clip Monitor to be disabled via Menu > View. The default layouts never have the Clip Monitor in the same group or space as the Project Bin. It is recommended to have the Clip Monitor in a separate group (for example with Project Notes) so that when going through the clips in the bin the clips are displayed in the Clip Monitor but the Project Bin is still available.
