STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-Click a file , then go to Properties > Details
OBSERVED RESULT
There is a random underline letter in each category. In my case it's: T, n, M,
A, C, E, l, á, i
EXPECTED RESULT
Work as "Keyboard Mnemonics" should be working.
