I was able to reproduce this today on Plasma built on git-master I had uninstalled the "Sweet Aurorae" theme. It incorrectly shows up in the Updates list, but not in the Installed list (correct) >From the screen recording: The terminal shows errors for a pling download of Apple-Ventura.tar.xz "server replied with status code 429" There are many other 429 error log lines for other themes, like Ant Dark, Amethyst Haze Note: The 429 errors in Discover are sometimes also caused by server-side issues, and have a separate report open.
