SUMMARY
If I open the KCM via context menu of desktop, the tooltip about DDC/CI always
appears when I hover over the "i" icon. However, the said tooltip does not
appear consistently if I open System Settings via Kickoff (or via icon on
desktop) and then go to Display Configuration KCM. Please watch the attached
screen recording.
EXPECTED RESULT
the tooltip always appears when we hover over the "i" icon
