SUMMARY
I have an hard disk with bad sectors monitored by Info Center. Every time I
change the refresh rate of my monitor, Plasma shows a notification about the
hard disk. If I revert the change while the notification is visible, the
notification disappears and then reappears after a few seconds. Please watch
the attached screen recording.
EXPECTED RESULT
no notification about a storage device while I'm configuring my monitor
