--- Comment #5 from Elias Probst <[email protected]> ---
Still seeing this happening on a Framework 13.

Operating System: NixOS 26.05
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.22.0
Qt Version: 6.10.1
Kernel Version: 6.18.8 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen AI 5 340 w/ Radeon 840M
Memory: 32 GiB of RAM (30.6 GiB usable)
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon 840M Graphics

Every now and then, when waking the laptop up (and I believe to have observed
it only when the external monitor is connected via eDP) the built-in display is
dimmed, while the external monitor is at is regular brightness level.

The brightness applet shows the built-in display to be at 100% brightness,
while sysfs reflects reality:
/sys/class/backlight/amdgpu_bl1/brightness: 19661
/sys/class/backlight/amdgpu_bl1/actual_brightness: 7967
/sys/class/backlight/amdgpu_bl1/max_brightness: 65535
