  Target Milestone: ---

Overview: If I create a folder on a Samba share, I am unable to paste files
into it.

Steps to Reproduce:
 1. Copy a file.
 2. Go to Places->Network->Samba shares->*some share*
 3. Create a new folder on that share and open it.

Actual Results:
 Pressing Ctrl+V does nothing. The context menu shows an option for pasting,
but it's grayed out.

Expected Results:
 Pressing Ctrl+V pastes. The Context menu shows an option for pasting, and it
works.

Build Date & Platform: Version 17.03.70 on the neon dev unstable 20170125-08:25
live USB.

Additional Information:
 Workaround: Paste the file in the folder that you created the new folder in,
and then move the file into the new folder.
