Indeed in version 1.35 we limited connecting to only site-local or link-local
IPs. This seems to be breaking VPN-based setups which use 100.64.0.0/10 (not a
public range, but reserved for carrier-grade NAT).

There's two potential fixes here: remove the check for local IPs or either
include the range 100.64.0.0/10 in the valid ranges and hope that this works
for all/most setups.

Because I would like to keep the check in place, I'll do the second and release
version 1.35.3. If you still have problems in 1.35.3, please write here and
explain why you use such a weird IP range :)
