SUMMARY
Okular is unable to properly display RISC-V specifications pdf.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download RISC-V ratified specs document from
https://docs.riscv.org/reference/isa/_attachments/riscv-unprivileged.pdf
2. Open in okular
OBSERVED RESULT
Bizarre blank pages, sometimes words written at random locations but mostly
blank.
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal pdf view like in firefox [opened from file:/// not https://]. Document
viewer on KDE also works fine with this pdf.
