Discrepancy between KDE-related software and others
SUMMARY
This particular SVG image is shown differently within KDE related software like
image preview in the file picker, Krita and Gwenview, but shown correctly when
using non-KDE related software like Chromium-based web browsers, Firefox,
Geeqie, Pinta, Loupe, and LibreOffice Draw.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the SVG file with both KDE-related software and non-KDE software.
