SUMMARY
If i split horizontally and drag down all the way, the whole system freezes or
locks up. (not sure which since i have to pull the cable to reboot)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make a horizontal tile
2. drag down the border above
3. system freezes beyond no return
OBSERVED RESULT
system freeze
EXPECTED RESULT
the border of the tile should stop at the buttons and not freeze the system
