Thanks for checking. It looks like the Online Accounts is using the wrong URI for Webdav, I just confirmed that on my system also running 6.5.5. I also confirmed on Plasma built from git-master. The Nextcloud documentation states https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/20/user_manual/en/files/access_webdav.html#accessing-nextcloud-files-using-webdav > See the webdav url (bottom left, settings) on your Nextcloud.
