SUMMARY
The country list, which uses (according to Laurent Montel) the official
iso3166-1 country list, contains wrong spelled countries, missing countries,
entries not being a country, wrong linkages to the German language version, and
behavioral issues.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KAddressBook
2. Go to settings of a contact
3. Go to address settings
4. Open country list
OBSERVED RESULT
Missing countries:

Misc behavioral issues:
1. The least saved country to a e. g. private address is, when opening the
contact settings / country list again, twice in the country list. The first
entry is somewhere in the list and the second entry is in the correct
alphabetical order.
2. After some time (unfortunately I cannot specify further) and several changes
of the addresses country of one contact the original entry of a contacts
private address disappears from the country list, in my case "Germany". Even
after closing and restarting KAddressBook it is gone.
EXPECTED RESULT
See above.
Misc behavioral issues:
1. The actual saved country of one contact should not appear twice in the
country list when entering the setting of the address.
2. No country should disappear from the country list.
