At first, I didn't know, which component (KDE/Kernel/graphic-driver,etc.) was the reason for this behavier. Meanwhile, I downgraded my nvidia-driver to version 535, set it by sudo prime-select nvidia to permanent use, and since everything works fine again for me. I think, you can close this!
