SUMMARY
Sometimes, but not always, the [Audio Volume] widget shows the incorrect
volume. The volume can be changed, but the slider instantly jumps to the
previous apparent volume to make it appear as though it was not changed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect [AirPods Max] Bluetooth headphones, and set them as the output
device.
2. Wait until the [Audio Volume] slider randomly stops working correctly.
3. Click a different volume level to notice the volume correctly changes, but
the slider resets to appear as though the volume did not change.
4. Open [Sound — System Settings] to see that it correctly shows the current
volume.

OBSERVED RESULT
Disagreement on [what the current volume is] between [Audio Volume] and [Sound
— System Settings].
[Audio Volume] shows an incorrect volume.

EXPECTED RESULT
Agreement on [what the current volume is] between [Audio Volume] and [Sound —
System Settings].
[Audio Volume] shows the correct volume.
