Display Configuration.

SUMMARY
On a dual monitor setup, where one of the displays is rotated, using the zoom
effect makes half the second monitor black. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug in two monitors.
2. Rotate the second monitor.
3. Zoom in (ctrl+meta+scroll).

OBSERVED RESULT
Half of the second monitor is black.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should display the entire monitor, when zoomed in.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- It appears normal when taking a screenshot with Spectacle, but it cannot copy
to clipboard.
