SUMMARY
on startup digikam says there are 2 keys assinged to F1, report this as a bug.
I did assign f1 to be "go to end" and it did work. but i guess somewhere it
still has probably launch help as well, conflicting.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  add a configuration to f1,  looking in configure keyboard under last iamge
i see ctrl+end and alternate F1. 
I dont see F1 anywhere else in this list
