Switcher window

SUMMARY
If using a (at least US) dead keys keyboard layout, task switcher does not work
properly. The default shortcut (Alt + `) does not work, and trying to set the
"Current application switch" by pressing the ` key shows weird symbols. The
switch does work when setting manually the ` key, but only until the next
session (logout or reboot), where it stops working again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to use the default shortcuts with us dead keys layout
2. Try to set manually the ` button with us dead keys layout

OBSERVED RESULT
Can't switch "Current application" windows or be able to do so just for a
session

EXPECTED RESULT
 "Current application" windows are switched
