STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Close laptop lid with external monitor connected.
2. Restart plasma
OBSERVED RESULT
Device restarts and goes to sleep.
EXPECTED RESULT
Device shouldn't go to sleep as external display is connected.

Operating System: Fedora Linux 43
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.23.0
Qt Version: 6.10.1
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When I updated Fedora, Plasma was updated to 6.6, but the Plasma login manager
was not installed. When I restarted, there was a black screen and SDDM didn't
start, so I installed the Plasma login manager from a TTY and started it after
disabling SDDM.
