STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the floating panel to be at the top
2. (In my case) Set the height of it to 36 (will provide a screenshot)
3. Try closing any open window while it's maximized.
4. Instead of closing the window, it opens an applet that somehow obstructs the
buttons on the windows.

OBSERVED RESULT
Even though the top floating panel adjust opon maximizing any window, it seems
it still "occupies" half of the maximized window.
What I mean is that trying to for example, close the maximized window, results
in opening an applet on the panel, like the callendar for example.

EXPECTED RESULT
The Top Floating panel does not invisibly obstruct the buttons on the maximized
windows and/or the windows itself.
