Regression 6.6.0: Drag and drop of files onto icons (Task Manager/Desktop) does
nothing. When dragging a file or folder to any launcher - gimp, kate, etc. it
does not react to the dragged file. The problem appears after upgrading from
6.5.5 to 6.6 - in wailand and x11.
