One zip with screen recording using kazam and kdenlive with this issue and one screenshot of the kazam settings. So the thing is bizzarre, but maybe this will lead to some ideas. - the bug still exists. if I open the kdenlive, make a recording the final wav is shortened. - the first kazam recording shows this. The recording is garbled. Was using kazam WITHOUT speaker/mic recording - BUT when I set kazam to record mic/speaker the kdenlive correctly records the speaking. See in the attachments from today. So don't know why, but kazam sets something to the recording pipeline ? Don't have any idea. Everything is attached to this. issue.
