its in double mode despite plenty of space. wasnt doing this prior to plasma

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login
2. operate task bar
3. observe the problem

OBSERVED RESULT
Taskbar is always in double mode despite plenty of space being available for
the icons when using multi-row view "when panel is low on space and thick
enough".

EXPECTED RESULT
It not doing this. it hadnt done this prior to plasma 6.6
