STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use "Breeze" global theme.
2. Open systemsettings.
3. Click on the dropdown beside Breeze.
4. Click on "Breeze Twilight" in the dropdown.
5. Click on "Apply". - nothing happens.
6. Click on "Breeze Twilight" (now the big button).
7. Click on "Apply". - theme applied.
