STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select "Breeze Dark" global theme.
2. Open wallpaper settings, choose "always use light variant".
3. Press Meta+L to lock screen.
OBSERVED RESULT
Lockscreen wallpaper is dark variant.
EXPECTED RESULT
Lockscreen wallpaper is light variant.
