SUMMARY
The sidebar behaves incorrectly depending on whether the application is open on
a 120% or 100% screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. to have a dual-screen setup with different resolutions
2. open the application on each screen
3. observe how the lateral bar misbehaves
OBSERVED RESULT
with 120% dpi the bar is not displaying correctly
with 100% dpi the bar is displaying correctly
EXPECTED RESULT
standardize display behavior regardless of screen resolution
