SUMMARY
Custom stickers and custom emojis are not visible in the picker, ever. This
behavior isn't shown when I use the same account on Cinny, however on both
Cinny and Neochat I can see custom emojis and stickers sent by others.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Join sticker or custom emoji room.
2. Open the stickers/emoji dialogue.
OBSERVED RESULT
"No Stickers" in stickers section, no custom emoji sections visible
EXPECTED RESULT
Can use and send custom emoji and Stickers
