SUMMARY
Basically sometimes when I put the mouse cursor at the edge of the screen in
order to tile, the tiling square can flicker, I'll attach a video of the issue,
also I'm using a nvidia gpu.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. move the cursor at the edge of the screen to tile
OBSERVED RESULT
sometimes the tiling square flickers
EXPECTED RESULT
the tiling square never flickers
