shows the icons messed up
SUMMARY
Upon updating to Plasma 6.6 many of my icons are no longer showing up for
pinned applications. Re-pinning them works for that session, but not after a
reboot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade to Plasma 6.6
2. Lose icons.

OBSERVED RESULT
No icons.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The icons are there because if I launch the program, the icon shows with the
launched program, but not where I had previously pinned it.
