SUMMARY
On first start after booting the system, plasma-login-manager displays no UI,
just black screen with mouse cursors. Restarting the service make it show the
UI. The only difference in the logs is that at the first start
plasmalogin-helper says "VT mode fixed", and for the next ones "VT mode didn't
need to be fixed".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. systemctl enable plasmalogin
2. reboot

Black screen with no UI and only mouse cursor
