Saving a custom global theme does not save the size of panels
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Edit the size of your panel(s)
2. Save your current layout as new global theme
3. Apply another global theme (including layout)
4. Apply your newly created global theme (including layout)
OBSERVED RESULT
The panels are much bigger than in the original
EXPECTED RESULT
They should restore their size
