It should be possible to control the visibility of the separator lines in
Breeze KStyle.
Possible variants for such visibility control:
1. Disable/enable line display (in Breeze KStyle settings)
2. Set transparency for the line (in Breeze KStyle settings)
3. Set color for the line (in KDE color schemes).
I also noticed that the "Draw frame around dockable panels" and "Draw frame
around side panels" options in Plasma 6 don't seem to do anything anymore,
because now it's not the frames around the panels that are displayed, but the
separator lines between them.
