i am using plasma  builtin networks utility. 
0) install networkmanager-openconnect plugin
1)  go to wi-fi and networks
2) add new connection 
   a)cisco anyconnect vpn compatible (openconnect)
   b) give any name to your connection
   c)type in Gateway (try use vpn.wi-fi.ru as exact point i use)
   d) dont modify anything else. save connection
3) go to wifi and networks again , locate your VPN connection and push connect
4) near GW from 2c  push connect icon
5)will appear GROUP, username, password fields
6) switch GROUP few times to some long names 
here it is.  those fileds from p.5 disappears.
