STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use custom .svg as the application launcher icon

OBSERVED RESULT
icon is pixelated, which shouldn't happen for an .svg
EXPECTED RESULT
a cleanly scaled up version of the icon
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
