Yes I did add it without the quote

I added the value of 2000 and here are my results 

GZdoom - Still the same. Starts at 48 fps
Ecwolf - fps is 70 but the frame pacing feels slow. Still the same as added to
1500 before adding 2000
Doom 1 + 2 - fps starts at 144 but 20 seconds later it started stuttering and
frame pacing starts to feel hella slow

I added the value of 1000 and here are are my results 

GZdoom - Still the same. Starts at 48 fps
Ecwolf - fps is 70 but the frame pacing feels slow. Still the same as before.
Doom 1 + 2 - fps starts at 144 but still get the bad stuttering and it feels
unplayable.

None of those values you've provided didn't alleviate the problem. :(
