Running plasma-login-manager 6.6.0-1 in Arch Linux there appears to be no
screen power management for PLM - the ability to have the screen turn off after
some period with no users logged in was a standard feature of sddm, and to make
a permanent transition from sddm to PLM there needs to be power management
active for the screen with no users logged in so that the screen can turn off
after a set period, and become active if the mouse is moved ahead of any user
logging in.
