SUMMARY
Info centre shows "17 GB of RAM (16.4 GB usable)" on my system, while I have 16
GB of RAM. I have 16 GB of swap too, but this issue persists even after
swapoff.
According to /proc/meminfo, I have exactly 16.01936 GB of RAM.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I am not sure how to reproduce this.
OBSERVED RESULT
It shows the incorrect amount of RAM.
EXPECTED RESULT
It shows the correct amount of RAM.
