SUMMARY
Physical keyboard arrow keys malfunction when enabling the Plasma Keyboard
on-screen keyboard.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate On-screen keyboard.
2. Click on any search bar and start typing,
3. Try to navigate search suggestions with physical keyboard arrow keys up and
down.
4. Also unable to move left or right within typed text using arrow keys.
5. Deactivate On-screen keyboard to fix.
OBSERVED RESULT
Arrow key behavior not good.
EXPECTED RESULT
Physical keyboard retain normal functionality.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I need the on-screen keyboard because I am using a drawing tablet as a monitor
with a stylus, but I also use physical keyboard and mouse. Arrow keys go
haywire.
